A teammate who knows your product.
Embed a dedicated QA engineer in your tools and rhythm. Matching, onboarding, and ongoing support included.
Does it actually work?

What we can show
you today.
PixelVent is a young company, so we do not publish client testimonials. Here is what we actually do before an engineer joins you, and what our written work looks like.
A person reviews every applicant.
Applications, work experience and structured interview answers are read and scored by a PixelVent reviewer. Nothing is accepted or rejected automatically.
Training with knowledge checks.
Our introductory curriculum covers manual test foundations, regression planning, exploratory UX, conversion flows, WCAG 2.2 checks, Agile delivery and issue workflows, each with a knowledge check and a practical exercise.
Drills that coach, not gatekeep.
Keyboard and pointer drills are practice tools with saved results. They support human review; they never decide an application on their own.
Agreements before access.
Approved engineers sign an independent contractor agreement, and confidentiality and access requirements are agreed with you before any work starts.
Promo code disappears after refreshing checkout
- Steps
- Apply promo code SPRING10 at checkout, confirm the discount line appears, then reload the page.
- Expected
- The applied discount stays on the order summary after a reload.
- Actual
- The discount line is removed and the total returns to full price. The code still shows as used, so re-applying fails.
- Evidence
- Screen recording, request log and browser or device details attached.
Written by a person, in your issue tracker, in the format your developers can act on. This example uses a fictional store, not client data.
Great QA shouldn’t
be a luxury.
A clear monthly price. A dedicated human.
Room to grow when you’re ready.
For one dedicated engineer. Built around your workflow.
- Functional & regression testing
- UX, conversion-flow & accessibility checks
- Your tools, your communication rhythm
- Onboarding & ongoing placement support
Let’s clear
things up.
A dedicated QA engineer joins your working rhythm, learns your product, and collaborates in your tools. PixelVent handles matching, onboarding, and ongoing coordination. Scope, schedule, and availability are confirmed before a placement begins.
The rate is $1,800 per QA engineer per month in US dollars, billed in advance, including the placement, onboarding coordination, and ongoing support. We confirm working hours, timezone overlap, and scope before you commit.
Tell us the skills and timezone overlap you need. We confirm a match and start date based on vetted availability. Review your proposed placement before starting.
Absolutely. Start with one, establish the testing rhythm, and request more engineers as your product and release cadence grow.
Our focus is human functional, regression, UX, conversion-flow, accessibility, AI-assisted product, front-end, and user testing. Security audits, penetration testing, and source-code audits are outside this service.
We agree on confidentiality and access requirements during onboarding. Engineers use the access you approve, follow your working policies, and share project documents through a restricted client workspace.
